Maintenance: Routine maintenance of the equipment, such as cleaning and oiling, may be required during the rental period. You are responsible for these tasks.
Damages: You are responsible for any damages to the equipment that occur during the rental period. Damages will be assessed, and repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.
Delivery and Pickup
Delivery: We offer delivery services for an additional fee. Please provide accurate delivery details, including the location and any specific instructions.
Pickup: Equipment should be made available for pickup at the agreed-upon location and time. Failure to do so may result in additional charges.
Legal Compliance: We may disclose your information when required by law or in response to a valid legal request.
